Warwick is a trusted advisor with experience in corporate transactions, spanning due diligence, M&A and IPOs, together with a solid base in financial reporting, and audit and assurance. Warwick has a special interest in helping his clients grow and maximise the value of their business, as they track towards exit events or family succession.
Warwick’s transactions experience is well regarded, including his knowledge of market trends through research and publication of Pitcher Partners’ Deal Pulse report. He is sought out to address business forums on Deal Pulses’ findings, as well as to share strategies business can use to build value and maximise their transaction options.
Warwick’s passion and drive for business is clearly demonstrated in his deep and long-standing relationship with his clients. His client base appreciate his honest but collaborative style, and the ability to leverage off not only his deep professional services experience, but also his time as an ASX listed company CFO and Non-Executive Director.
With expertise developed from overseeing acquisitions, integrations and driving organic expansion, Warwick possesses extensive experience on both sides of the table. He previously worked as the CFO of RP Data which he took through several acquisitions and the IPO process, as well as a Non-Executive Director of Onthehouse. He also took this ASX listed company through their IPO.
Warwick has worked extensively with middle market private, private equity backed and emerging listed companies, and gained international experience working for two years in the USA (Silicon Valley and New York).
Warwick joined Pitcher Partners in 2008, and has been instrumental in building Pitcher Partners Brisbane’s Corporate Finance and Audit practices.
