Being part of the Pitcher Partners Brisbane family has allowed Tracey to develop close relationships with her clients, colleagues and associated advisers while developing a deep understanding of local issues. She has a strong sense of purpose, driven by her contribution to the success of clients and others.
As a self-managed super fund (SMSF) specialist, Tracey regularly contributes technical content and speaks at professional development conferences. This involvement ensures she remains at the forefront of technical developments and keeps her knowledge current and relevant to clients’ needs. As an active contributor, this also permits a deeper understanding of industry issues and enables Tracey to assist in the development of other SMSF professionals.
Tracey’s expertise allows her to understand the bigger picture when advising clients on superannuation issues and providing commercial outcomes. She has worked with various industries, supplying general taxation advice to small businesses before specialising in SMSFs. This experience enables her to provide robust strategic outcomes when combined with our business and investment advisors.
As a young accountant, Tracey joined Johnston Rorke Brisbane as a business and general taxation advisor with experience in SMSFs. After a number of years working as a general practitioner, Tracey gained the opportunity to become a SMSF specialist and lead the division under the guidance of John Rorke and later Nigel Fischer. Over the years, superannuation has evolved as a niche speciality and Tracey has been recognised as a CA SMSF specialist and is a licensed SMSF adviser. Having built an impressive career, Tracey was admitted to the partnership in 2024.
