Raelene identifies and advises on accounting and tax issues to private family groups, SMEs, business subsidiaries of multinationals, partnerships and trusts. Through her role as acting outsourced CFO, Raelene ensures her client’s platforms for growth are strong and stable. This includes recommending alternative approaches to core business functions, reviewing business structures, advising on remuneration, FBT, taxation and compliance issues.
Through ongoing communication, Raelene is able to understand and address broader underlying accounting issues. Her guidance and advise enhances business growth and performance, resulting in clients achieving their business goals and objectives.
With a pragmatic approach, Raelene partners with businesses to provide a sounding board for their strategies and solutions. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, she brainstorms ideas to find an effective and practical business solutions for her clients.
Raelene’s comprehensive experience working across varied business segments and structures brings commercial insights and technical expertise to every stage of a business life-cycle. This includes succession planning, merger and acquisition opportunities and exit strategies.
Raelene became a Partner of the Sydney firm in 2013, having acted in a Partner capacity for a number of years prior to joining Pitcher Partners Sydney.
