Professional Background

Michael is a principal in the Private Business and Family Advisory division of Pitcher Partners Adelaide. He joined the practice in 1983 and was admitted as a principal in 1988 and is a past Managing Principal of the practice. 

Michael specialises in providing, strategic management and tax advice to family owned and managed businesses, and their investment activities.  

Throughout his career Michael has been actively involved in his client’s business affairs holding board positions and attending management and advisory board meetings.  

He is also experienced in succession planning and implementation of succession plans.
