Aileen is a highly qualified tax professional with experience providing advice on a broad range of transfer pricing, corporate tax and international tax matters. She specialises in cross-border transactions between related entities across a wide range of industries.
Aileen has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing large and complex transfer pricing projects, including ATO audit activity, streamlined assurance reviews, transfer pricing compliance and advisory engagements.
Clients appreciate Aileen’s ability to simplify complex concepts and take a direct approach to discussing issues and solutions. She sets clients at ease with her expert credentials, analytical approach, and commitment to understanding what they value in order to get them the best outcome.
Aileen takes an active interest in tax matters more broadly and is the President of the International Tax Review Forum (Cambridge Forum). She sits on the Transfer Pricing Committee for the Tax Institute of Australia and comperes and presents for local finance events and global webinars.
Commencing her career in the UK corporate tax environment, Aileen quickly transitioned into transfer pricing in the UK and Australia. She worked as an adviser for over a decade at a Big 4 firm, and at NAB leading its Country by Country reporting project.
Aileen joined Pitcher Partners with a vision to lead and grow the firm’s transfer pricing practice. Today, she has built a team who share her strong work ethic and have achieved double digit growth in the last three years.
