As the Managing Partner of Pitcher Partners Sydney, Adam is responsible for the firm’s strategic development and driving business transformation that will allow our teams to continue to meet the needs of their clients.
With over 20 years of operational experience as Chief Operating Officer of Pitcher Partners Sydney prior to appointment, he brings a wealth of experience in transformation change management projects including the 2015 merger with Moore Stephens, the firm’s move to Darling Park and its response to COVID-19.
Working with clients in an advisory capacity, Adam delivers strategic business projects and change management initiatives that provide cohesion across business units and operational areas. His comprehensive expertise in digital technologies, software development and systems integration combined with his experience in process and change management enables Adam to deliver complex projects that are aligned to client’s business objectives.
Recent assignments include a business strategy refresh, the implementation of client relationship management systems, development of best practice cyber security frameworks, conducting IT reviews and delivering core IT infrastructure projects.
Adam is driven by a passion to provide solutions that deliver a competitive edge, whether it be through cost reduction, data mapping, increased efficiencies or boosting agility.
His unique ability to interpret complex technical jargon and deliver it in a manner that everyone understands is appreciated by the firm and clients alike.
