Team Assistant – Superannuation
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a confident and organised team player to join our Superannuation Division as a Team Assistant. You will be required to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail. You will need to be proactive and confident. A mature approach coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be called upon. This is a full-time permanent role.
Key responsibilities
- Document preparations and correspondence
- Assisting with compliance collations
- Timesheets
- Complete team workflow tasks
- Client record management using various software including BGL
- ATO record management and lodgments
- Monthly invoicing
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s databases
- Provide comprehensive administrative support

Relevant skills
This position is best suited for individuals who are currently pursuing or have completed their certification in administration, or those who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in administration. Previous experience as an assistant responsible for organizing and preparing compliance documents and correspondence is highly desirable.
To be successful in this role your qualities, skills, knowledge and tasks will include:
- Ability and confidence to interact with staff of all levels including Partners
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client information
- Team oriented with an ability to foster effective working relationship within a small team
- Exceptional organisational abilities evidenced through managing high volume workflow
- Commitment to efficient administration/process improvement
- Monitor project assignments and assign to team members.
- Assistance with client communication management and service
Technical skills/experience desired but not compulsory, include:
- Microsoft office
- Document and Client Management Systems
