About the team

The Private Business and Family Advisory team creates value and improves the way our clients work by providing advice such as; asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection and generational change management.

Within the Superannuation team, you will collaboratively work with the group to build strategies for our clients to support their wealth for retirement, whilst ensuring that regulatory requirements are met.

You are passionate about collaboration and teamwork and leverage the talent and expertise within your team and across the firm to deliver an elevated One Firm approach to servicing PP client needs.

About the role

With your technical skills and expertise within the SMSF space, you will support your clients and key internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment.

We recognise hard work through our time in lieu and other leave arrangements. In addition, you will be mentored by senior experts within the group and participate in regular professional development training to further develop your knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Review of compliance requirements;
  • Review of Financial Statements;
  • Assisting with the provision SMSF advice to our clients and people;
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing team members; and
  • Working closely with external Auditors and other key stakeholders.

Who we’re after

  • Related tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, being CA or CPA qualified and experience within a professional services firm.
  • Positive attitude and take pride in delivering superior support to clients.
  • Ability to work and manage a team environment.
