Due to on-going growth we currently have a vacancy for an
enthusiastic and driven Cadet/ Graduate to join our practice management group.
The Role:
This is a rare opportunity for an IT graduate or cadet to
join our Sydney practice management group to support the IT team. The
successful candidate will be required to:
• Answer all
support based enquiries at first point of contact where possible
• Maintain
accurate and concise notes of progress of Help Desk/Support requests
• Maintain
knowledge base
• Maintain
standard images for all known client machines
• Maintain
network peripherals as required
• Maintain
software registers
• Set up of
new staff including network login, email account, telephone and client machine
• Install and
maintain work stations according to established procedures; and policies
This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued team
member and work within a successful firm offering a supportive and
collaborative team environment. This role can be fulltime, or we are also open
to a part time capacity so perfect for someone to balance this with their
university studies.

of proficiency in all MS and OS.
• Knowledge
of IT Policies, Procedures and Practices

of IT Software, IT Network and IT applications
• Ability to

customer service and communication skills
• High
quality work ethic with high attention to detail
• Understanding
of security functionalities and applications
