Pitcher Partners continues strong performance in Top 100 Australian financial adviser list
The 2022 list of Australia’s Top 100 Financial Advisers has been released, revealing Pitcher Partners is home to two of Australia’s top five financial advisors, and a further three in the top 60.
Charlie Viola from Pitcher Partners Sydney was named fourth overall and Adam Stanley from Pitcher Partners Melbourne was named fifth overall, both maintaining their positions from last year on The Australian-Barron’s list.
Pitcher Partners Melbourne’s Kellie Davidson, featured in 36th place and Sue Dahn at 60th.
New to the list is David Bedford also from Pitcher Partners Melbourne, debuting in 42nd place.
Charlie Viola, head of Pitcher Partners Sydney Wealth Management practice, focuses on high and ultra high net wealth individuals and small institutions with $10-$250 million to invest.
“I’m humbled by the recognition and attribute it to the team I have around me, whom day in and day out, ensure that the business itself operates in a purely client-centric manner,” Charlie said.
Adam Stanley, head of Pitcher Partners Melbourne’s Investment Advisory practice, was pleased to maintain his position in the list.
“Our advice philosophy is to provide our clients with the information and tools to make informed decisions. We aim to be our client’s trusted adviser and to put their interests first,” Adam said.
National Chairman of the Pitcher Partners Association, John Brazzale, congratulated the Partners, saying the awards were recognition of their drive and commitment to building their practices, supporting clients and developing the businesses in Sydney and Melbourne.

The list, compiled for The Australian newspaper by US publication Barron’s, looks at key factors including assets, fees, professional credentials, client retention and quality of practice.
