Ignite Graduate Program
Why join the ignite graduate program?
Our Ignite Graduate Program offers you the chance to complete three experiences across seven of our practice groups within a two-year period. Each experience is for eight months. This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of $70,000. Following the two-year program, you will settle into one of the practice groups that you had during your graduate program. This is determined by your preferences your overall performance and business needs.

Our National Graduate Conference typically takes place in the first couple of months of your Program. It’s three days of development and collaboration.
