Team Administrator – People Advisory

Your new career
Reporting to the Advisors, this role will work as part of a dynamic People and Performance team.
Your core duties will include
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support, escalating issues to Advisors and the Directors as needed.
- Maintain the People Advisory Inbox,
- Execute onboarding and offboarding administration processes for all staff.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration.
- Assist staff with queries regarding their CA studies and study leave.
- Support the Early Careers programs
- Manage enrolments, invoices, and grade reporting for CA students.
- Provide support to the PMG team with ad-hoc tasks.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound understanding of employment law and the Fair Work Act.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
