Team Administrator – People Advisory

Your new career
Reporting to the Advisors, this role will work as part of a dynamic People and Performance team.

Your core duties will include

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support, escalating issues to Advisors and the Directors as needed.
• Maintain the People Advisory Inbox,
• Execute onboarding and offboarding administration processes for all staff.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration.
• Assist staff with queries regarding their CA studies and study leave.
• Support the Early Careers programs
• Manage enrolments, invoices, and grade reporting for CA students.
• Provide support to the PMG team with ad-hoc tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound understanding of employment law and the Fair Work Act.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
