Ronnie joined Pitcher Partners in 2023 as a Client Director in the Audit Technical Team with over 32 years in the accounting profession, and over 10 years in external audit. Ronnie has extensive experience in the theoretical and practical aspects of audit. By being involved with different teams and external bodies at the local, Asia Pacific and global levels, she has developed and facilitated numerous audit-based learning events for staff at all levels. Ronnie focuses on the practical application of audit methodology and learning to assist in the continuous development of other quality assurance specialists.
Ronnie’s career has been diverse, affording her experiences with people and cultures over the world. She has assisted in performing and leading internal quality file reviews, methodology and system transformation projects, learning strategy initiatives, and learning course development. Prior to audit learning and methodology, Ronnie worked on numerous external audits in Australia for different clients ranging from ASX listed to small not-for-profit entities.
Ronnie is passionate about auditing standards, methodology, and learning, always supporting people in their audit roles and personal endeavours. She creates engaging learning modules, which help to facilitate effective training sessions. She regularly contributes to new and updated auditing standards, works collaboratively to find practical solutions as part of her engagement work.
She enjoys a challenge, teamwork, creating new learning modules and strategies to improve or assess current processes. She takes a collaborative approach to her work, leveraging her own experience and the experiences of her colleagues to help deliver the best outcomes.
