With a deep understanding of the retirement living sector, Scott helps clients navigate the differential business models, structure and commercial drivers across the complex minefield of income tax, CGT, GST, Duty and both State and Commonwealth regulation. He has written and presented a number of technical papers on the more complex taxation and commercial issues related to the sector.
