His commercial knowledge helps him resolve complex tax matters. Howard has assisted many clients take their business to the next level through expansion overseas, transactions such as acquisitions and also listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Working extensively with the technology industry including start-ups, Howard has significant experience advising companies on the Research & Development Tax Incentive as well as assisting companies with AusIndustry and Australian Taxation Office reviews of their claims or claims submitted by other advisors.
With a pragmatic approach, Howard provides proactive services, clear communication and commercially astute tax solutions to businesses and organisations.
His experience working with a broad range of business structures including large privately owned companies, listed companies, multinational businesses and government owned enterprises allows him to bring commercial insights and technical expertise on emerging tax issues to serve his clients.
Howard has been a Partner of the Sydney Firm since 2007. Prior to that he was a Partner at a big four firm.
