Paul manages a team who provide a full range of business advisory services to businesses of all sizes, from large private companies through to family-owned enterprises and the individuals responsible for those business operations.
Paul is also a registered company auditor where such exposure and skills add a unique dimension to the business advisory, tax and reporting work he undertakes. He enjoys being part of a business’ ongoing trading activity as a trusted advisor who is relied upon by owners and key stakeholders to bring his broad skill set and knowledge to the table. Whilst considered a generalist given his diverse client base, his specialist industry areas include wholesale, recycling, manufacturing and large-scale construction.
Paul is known for his open and responsive approach to business. He has an astute awareness of business owners’ needs, and with a “door always open” working style, he encourages his team to approach him as and when needed to talk through challenges and solutions for clients.
Paul joined Pitcher Partners’ predecessor firm in 1987 working within the Business Advisory and Assurance division before transferring to our Private Business and Family Advisory Division in 2009. Paul was admitted to the partnership in 2004 and having witnessed the growth and diversification of Pitcher Partners since its inception, Paul credits the firm’s ongoing success to staying focussed on supporting the middle market privately owned client base with a personal touch.
