Adam has extensive experience in accounting, tax, superannuation, financial planning and investments. He is the partner in charge of the Investment Advisory practice of Pitcher Partners Melbourne, which advises on over $4 billion of funds under management.
Adam works with a broad cross section of clients, including large family groups and institutional clients. His professional success has been publicly recognised in The Barron’s Top 100 Australian Financial Advisers list, where he was named #3 in 2019, made the top 20 in 2020, named #5 in 2022, #3 in 2023 and #8 in 2024.
With a high level of trust demanded of his role, Adam develops strong relationships with the business directors, individuals and family groups he works with. It has been his privilege to hold onto relationships that span more than 20 years – from his early days as an associate advisor, to the point where he took over as lead advisor as his professional expertise grew.
Adam’s interest in investments was sparked at a young age when his grandfather gave him his first shares as a child. Watching them grow over time was incredibly rewarding, and he enjoyed the benefits of compounding returns. Today, he applies the same thinking to his work. He considers what might happen in the future and supports decision-making that can set clients up for long-term financial prosperity and secure retirement.
Commencing his career with Pitcher Partners in audit and accounting in 1995, Adam moved to Investment Advisory in 2001. He was admitted to the partnership in 2008.
Adam is a member of the Investment Committee of Pitcher Partners Melbourne and Director of the Harold Mitchell Foundation.
