Terrence is a Client Director in Pitcher Partners Consulting where he leads the Digital Strategy practice for that division. He specialises in corporate strategy, digital strategy, go-to-market and multi-channel design, including prototyping and redesigning customer experiences for clients across a wide range of industries. Terrence complements this with a strong focus on driving strategic change through design and implementation of a digital operating model. He has custom-design and built customer and digital capabilities into other businesses, including setting up and running new divisions in a role as a GM.
Terrence’s style and approach is to collaborate closely with clients, with the intent of upskilling them so that they gain new skills and capabilities. Applying agile practices, he has extensive experience structuring and managing blended teams of client and consulting resources – ensuring results for clients that are meaningful, relevant and sustainable post project completion.
