Nathan is able to apply broader strategic thinking with his strong technical franchising expertise to help prepare business owners for the transition required to operate a successful franchise business.
He works closely in the franchise industry and has contributed articles for numerous publications, including the annual Australian and New Zealand Franchise Directory.
Nathan also undertakes business model analysis for clients and builds financial models to assess the impacts of changing business conditions and identify improvement opportunities.
