Michelle McDade is an experienced health service executive having held operational roles in both the public and private health care sector. Michelle’s career is highlighted by her approach to quality and innovation, with successful submission for a number of grants through the Victorian Department of Business and Innovation. Michelle has significant experience managing complex multi-site workforce issues, and her career is highlighted by her approach to quality, innovation and clinician engagement.Improving each patient’s experience in the health service, engaging staff in this important work, and searching for innovative solutions to the challenges in health care is of utmost importance to Michelle.
Michelle has a 23 year background in healthcare, with experience in both public and private sectors, having worked as a clinician and as a senior executive. Working closely with clients, Michelle will tailor innovative and sustainable solutions to meet many of the challenges of healthcare service provision, including governance, risk management, quality systems, patient experience and consumer participation.
Michelle’s health sector experience enables her to approach these challenges from strategic, operational and financial perspectives, taking into account the impact on multiple stakeholders.
