Martin is a Client Director in the Consulting Division of Pitcher Partners. With over 30 years’ experience in the Human Resources sector, Martin has extensive knowledge across all aspects of Human Resources including Human Resource System selection and implementation and HR transformation. This experience has been gained in large private sector organisations (e.g. Coles Group, Worley parsons, BP), government agencies (Victorian Police Force, Conservation, Forests & Lands) and Health & Government Health (Medibank Private; Victorian Department of Health, Healthscope and most recently Epworth Healthcare).
Martin has worked at senior levels for many years across many industries and has a deep understanding of operational HR and business issues. His experience in HR transformation has provided a solid skill set in Project Management, Change and stakeholder management and governance and assurance processes.
Martin has worked most recently in implementing advanced rostering solutions for one of Australia’s leading Private Hospital providers as well as undertaking a ‘Request for Proposal’ for a new HRIS for the same client..
He has worked internationally in the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States both managing HR operations and developing and delivering HR systems transformation programs. This has included the implementation of core HRIS,
remuneration review systems, Learning management systems to name a few.
Martin is currently engaged with a health client to review the HR best practice and technology strategy to support the clients HR strategy.
