Charlotte has over 10 years’ experience in IT Service Management holding a variety of roles, including those of Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Consultant and Trainer.
She has a passion for helping organisations improve their ability service their customers through the adoption of best practices and the improvement of policies, processes and procedures.
Charlotte is certified at the highest level in ITIL (V2) and has been involved in many and varied projects to align IT Services with business requirements, through IT strategy realisation, organisational performance management, quality management and staff education programs in best practice.
