The firm will move from its current location in the historic Mortlock Brothers building on Hay Street to the A-Grade river-front building in the middle of 2018, taking all of level 11.
The move gives Pitcher Partners the opportunity to grow its team of about 60 employees with room for up to 120 in an agile workspace on the 1060sq m floor.
It also enables Pitcher Partners to offer a short-term co-working space designed to suit the scale-up firms with which it works, as well as a landing pad for international business clients.
Pitcher Partners managing director Leon Mok says the move positions the firm well for growing its mid-tier market share in Perth, and comes after the appointment of a series of new partners.
“The trajectory we are on as a firm shows we will need significant space in the next few years and we are determined to get that right with the right premises,” he said.
“It is the right moment to move and this is the right opportunity to be in the middle of the action above Elizabeth Quay.
“As an evolving organisation, it helps us make a statement to the market about our ambitions and allows us to showcase the talent we have in the firm.”
The Cape Bouvard property offers new end-of-trip facilities, car parking and connections to Allendale Square, as well as a semi-enclosed balcony for social functions.
“We are equally determined to ensure the space is suitable for our clients,” Mr Mok said.
“This provides a great space to work that is very conducive to achieving our clients’ goals.”
