Just when we thought the rules were clear – another change to the tax landscape

Just as practices have become comfortable with the allocation of profits within professional firms, the ATO has released a bulletin advising a review of the materials published in 2015: ‘Assessing the Risk: Allocation of Profits within Professional Firms’ Guidelines and Everett Assignments.
