Wellness at work

Time in lieu
Like at any other firm, on occasions you may be required to work additional hours. Our market leading time in lieu policy (applicable to chargeable hours) means that when you put in the hard yards for your client, we reward you with extra time off.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Our culture of caring for our clients and our people extends to the wider community. Our staff are actively encouraged to participate in charitable events and become involved with community care programs. Pitcher Partners offers all permanent staff one day of paid leave to undertake volunteer activities as approved by the CSR Committee. We offer a program that allows staff to easily salary sacrifice donations to charities such as the Salvation Army, The Smith Family, Very Special Kids and World Vision, to name a few. Additionally, we provide a range of pro-bono services for our not-for-profit clients.
