Corporate Social responsibility

Our culture of caring for our clients and our people extends to the wider community.

Our staff are actively encouraged to participate in charitable events, become involved with community care programs such as the Brotherhood of St Laurence’s Breakfast Club and also to support charities such as Onni House – a home located in Pokhara, Nepal that currently houses 69 children, runs a scholarship program for children to provide financial support for schooling and operates a women’s handicraft centre.

Pitcher Partners offers all permanent staff one day of paid leave to undertake volunteer activities as approved by the CSR Committee. Pitcher Partners also offers a program that allows staff to easily salary sacrifice donations to charities such as the Salvation Army, The Smith Family, Very Special Kids and World Vision to name a few. We also provide a range of pro-bono services for our Not-for-Profit clients.

“I got the opportunity to work for one of our NFP clients. I prepared their accounts, and assisted them with a variety of small, one-off enquiries. I really enjoyed the work and found that I had to use a broad range of skills, as their needs were quite varied. You develop a very close relationship with the client in this type of role.”
Olivia, Graduate
